The interview itself was professional and well coordinated with a great team at Seagen. The HR department however gave no final feedback. Just ghosted after a multi day, time intensive interview process.

Question 1
Describe a technical issue you have had to solve at work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Seagen (Bothell, WA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was long. First, a recruiter reached out for a screening call to see if I checked their boxes. Then I spoke directly via zoom with the hiring manager to see if myself and them thought it would be good to continue. Finally, I had a panel interview that lasted about 3 hours. That was a little crazy. I didn’t feel like the panel interview was necessary, because everyone asked me the same questions. After that, I was told I would get an offer but had to provide 3 references and pass a background check prior to them sending the official offer. Again, a little weird. It would’ve been nice to have known that step would come after the panel interview. However, I would say everyone I met along the way was really nice and honest.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seagen (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Interview was run in three separate parts. An introductory HR pre-screen, a technical review and skill-set assessment, and finally a team panel interview. All separate events and with separate people.
