I would say its not too good experience in the interview. I do have some positives and negatives on this. Overall its an average experience. I didn't get the offer either rejection or acceptance but they ghosted me. I took it as a rejection.

Interview
There were 5 people who interviewed me throughout the half-day. Each person interviewed me separately. Some of the interviewers were focused on my technical experiences and motivation for the job and others were focused on recent project management experiences. There were some behavioral questions relating to working with team members and handling conflict. At the end, I received a tour of a portion of the bags and film extrusion areas.
Business casual in regards to what to wear; most managers will wear jeans/khakis with a nice shirt. I heard back from the company within a week after interviewing. It was great in that 4 of the 5 people that interviewed me were process engineers at the company before going into roles in operations, product technology, technical management, and the site director role. I personally saw the development paths from the role I was applying for.
