The recruiter reached out to me via linkedin, scheduled an initial interview, then past my information over to the hiring manager. Met with the hiring manager via zoom. Despite the fact that I'm currently doing the same job for a competitor, I was told through a generic email that they are pursuing candidates who closely match their goals. When asked for feedback was simply told no.
