Cordial in-person interview with Seamen's bank single IT person (approximately 2 hours long)...Then an in-person with the IT person & the bank president (perhaps 30 minutes)...The IT person called to chat the evening after my 2nd interview...Then ghosted (not even a 'Thanks, but no thanks' response to my polite email 12 days post second interview).

Mostly questions about handling IT issues with people with different levels of IT competency, working the various branches, some postponed IT chores that need attending to, etc...Soft skills questions were a key avenue of discussion.

Phone Interview by HR Director followed by interview by senior management. Interview was mutually cordial and informative. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. There was a gap of several days between interviews. I have not yet been advised if I will be progressing to the next step. This area has a very high cost of living. It has not been addressed yet whether the compensation will adequately compensate for level of advanced experience or very high cost of local living.
