      I was contacted by someone in HR and asked to do an assignment, and was told they would review it and get back to me. A day later I woke up to a generic rejection email, so I reached out to the person who sent the assignment asking for feedback on it, and she never responded. If you are hiring for a position that promotes a great candidate experience, it would be nice to get feedback from an actual human when you have taken the time to complete it, rather than just an impersonal rejection email.
