After a thorough interview process that included four rounds, I cleared the all rounds and HR congratulated me but after 2 days I was informed that "my performance did not meet expectations". 1. telephone HR discussion, 2. technical interview, 3. technical assessment on API creation, and 4. client round 5. HR Round Then why wasted my time. Senseless technical team and HR. Reject the people if you are not interested on candidate in 1st round only. Dont waste your time guys.
