2. Technical with Managers/Director
3. Panel with 3-4 managers and directors of various departments
Overall it was pleasant, however too many rounds and the time was too long it took almost 3 months. They hired for a new project which was already underway. Technical interview was not so difficult. Questions revolved around my past experiences

It was a decent cascade of interviewing a new candidate, and i can say that it is completely merit based selection. There was total 3 steps of selection 1 was telephonic interview the 2nd was physical interview and the last 1 of final interview. You have to pass in single step to move for the next. Snd once you qualify the final interview you are good to sign the offer letter.
