interview was about 30 minute long and they asked me questions regarding the position I was applying for as refrigeration tech,how much experience I had and what was the name of the tech school I attended and if I graduated,they also asked me technical questions regarding electricity and mechanical

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and was told to fill out an application on line ,after that I had to take an assessment test online,after passing the assessment test i was scheduled an interview at one of their location in Houston TX. The interview process consisted of two team member one for HR and other from refrigeration and appliance tech manager with a total of two groups, this was an closed hiring event and by invitation only, There were about seven candidates including myself, the whole process took about 3.5 hour and that included a tour and look at the services van,and watching a video of the training center they send you to in Chicago, overall the process went really well and the staff were very polite.I received and offer the next day and excepted it and had to take a drug screen and back ground check,which took about a week,
