I was contacted my Sears to arrange a phone interview. The day of the interview, I waited by the phone at the designated time. I received no call. I sent an email to the person who had arranged the phone interview and she apologized for the mixup. She re-scheduled the interview for 2 days later. On the date and time of the 2nd date, I again waited by the phone at the designated time. She never called. I sent an e mail again asking if there was some confusion and perhaps a need for a 3rd date. I got no response.

Lengthy interview process, but I suppose for good reason. They're committed to turnaround, so quality candidates are key. Interview process took just over a month. Recruiter, District HR, Market HR, Market leader, Regional. Very professional and everyone was timely.
Interviews were typical of GM interviews. They give you the opportunity to sell yourself as to why you'll run their store profitably. All in all, good experience.
