Interview
Job Fair at the Embassy Suites, Costa Mesa, CA. This job fair was only for Sales and Management positions. He read my resume and asked me questions about the sales position I was in and my past work experience. He told me that it was commission only and that I would have to work some evenings. He was committed to helping me become successful.
unprofessional interview nothing was related to home improvement. They wanted me to work in lawn and garden. They do not have their company in control. I would highly recommend no one to apply here because its a waste of time.

Interview
So for my interview I first met with the Home Improvement Manager. We sat in one of the offices and he went over the job description and pay and answered some of the basic interview questions. After meeting with him I had a 2nd interview with the Store Manager who went over pretty much the same questions with the other manager and was offered a job through her.
