The waiting process took awhile between interview and the waiting process for the background check. However, the questions were very easy and the management staff during the process was very friendly and cordial.

I was interviewed 3 times in 1 day. First by the head of HR, then the Floor Manager, then the Store Manager. I was told that I would never get benefits, never be full-time, but that i could "creatively" run the floor,

Interview
I was contacted very soon after I submitted my resume - approx 2 days. I was called in for an interview within the week, and met with a department manager and a senior manager. Both were very pleasant and not intimidating. Made me feel like a part of the team even before I was hired!
