Sears Procurement interview questions

I was able to determine the hiring manager and start an email converstion prior to the recruiter's email request for an interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager, senior manager and peer. Did not get an opportunity to speak at the senior manager interview, but instead got a history lesson on Corporate. Spent a week receiving emails from the recruiter with promises of knowing outcome by end of day.
