Le processus de recrutement a commencé par une courte présentation de l’entreprise et du poste. Ensuite, le recruteur m’a posé des questions sur mon parcours, mes compétences techniques et mes expériences professionnelles. Une partie de l’entretien était consacrée à des questions techniques, suivie d’une discussion sur ma motivation et ma disponibilité.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sebia (Atlanta, GA)

3 hour interview composed of 4 back to back interviews. Some interviewers seemed very unprepared and majority of the time was me asking questions that I already asked the previous interviewers. Questions were typical, but definitely an endurance test.
Ended up getting ghosted too.

Interviewed by the regional GM. Questions were very simple. The thing is whether the GM likes you or not. Race, religion and educational background also play a part in being selected or not.
