      18 Feb 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Second Order Effects in Dec 2019

      Interview

The interview was a three stage process. The first interview was mostly behavioral with some basic technical questions and the second two interviews focused on my technical background and knowledge. After the interviews, I received an offer. I did negotiate my salary higher, and they were receptive and helpful through that process.
