      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Secretlab (Singapore) in Feb 2026

      Interview

      Interview process was largely based on situational questions, there was 2 interviewers who were involved. Overall interview process had went smooth, standard questions on role specific questions and how you would have handled certain challenges etc. However post the interview, despite followups, there was no updates from the recruitment team on the outcome, or even a generic rejection email. Providing feedback/update to a candidate post an interview would improve the candidate experience.
