Secure Parking interview questions

Job scopes were being delivered in details. A behavioural test was given before a short conversation with the current hiring manager and manager. Basically the interview process was not that formal compared to other companies. The hiring manager was just keep talking and talking and not much questions were being asked. Their main point are just are you willings to work overtime or can you be independent at working place.
