Interview
Messy, numerous interviewers did not know what the interview was for and did not have a full grasp of the position requirements or an understanding that there was even a job opening.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SecureAuth (Calgary, AB) in Aug 2022
Interview
Long processes more than 3 weeks. 3 levels of interviews. This is a plus matrix question. I got cheated as the job description mentioned "Additional Preferred Qualifications". And the last interview is the team interview. 85% of the questions are from the preferred Qualifications. I guess this is the way to reject the candidate. It's unfair to ask those questions about something even wasn't in the job description. You can easily mention it as a must-required qualification, so you not wasting the candidate's time and hope.
Requires "Personality Matrix Testing" which I find to be an uncomfortable situation. Results of testing were fairly accurate, but said I was unsuitable for a sales role - even though I was hired exactly for that and proved the tests incorrect during my 18+ months there.
