I was called by a recruiter every couple of days. He went on and on about the pay being guaranteed and how the drivers averaged $1500 a week, per driver. As soon as I told him I was on board and would give my notice to my current employer, he called every day to check and see if I was still ready to make the change. The company set up the flight and hotel arrangements and sent them to me via email. The day before I was to fly out I received yet another email with a different payment arrangement plan. I didn't quite understand and so I didn't think anything of it. Well, it was not what we originally agreed upon. So when I was in orientation I asked about it and somehow they made it seem like I misread the amounts. I went with it. Until after my first paycheck it was brought to my attention again that I wasn't making the amount we had set in place. Hook, Line and Sinker!
