1st round:Resume Review 2nd round: On-campus Interview (Three interviewers, most of the questions are behavior questions, focused on your past coding or related experiences) 3rd round: Phone interview (more behavior questions and 2 technique questions)

I think the first part of the interview where they asked me about my past projects and stuff turned out really good. But I stumbled a bit with the technical interview. The interviewer was very kind and easy-going and made the interview process very comfortable for me. They weren't as concerned about my technical skills. I think I got the offer because of my past projects and general personality and problem-solving skills.
