I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Securitas (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2013
Interview
I was Interviewed by the H. R. rep and manager and then I was interviewed by the site supervisor of the job site I stated my past experience in Law enforcement and my experience with Home land securityat various locations also explained my consulting experience in private and corporate security. I was asked about past preformance and dependability. I pointed out that I was noty late reporting for work and left previous employment with excessive Personal time off and with comp time , along with all sick time that I had accrued. I asked about the pay range stated on job posting of $10-$13 per hr depending on experience, I was told that depended on site worked and not really on indvidual experience. They were very happy to have some one with my experience and background they said. I later realized that was not entirely true and that all they wanted was a warm body but the duty is not hard and I have flexibility in my schedule. since I am retired and the salary is not really a concern. this fits my current needs The company is very poorly managed and is externally transient with employees. This is not a career company. They do not have access to Government contracts except through Pinkerton branches because they have not established U.S.A. based company presence
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Securitas (Virginia Beach, VA) in Mar 2024
Interview
did a lock incident report
sat down and discussed open job positions
one position I applied for didn't work with my availability so I asked for other options and still left with a more compatible offer
I applied and completed what I thought to be a successful interview, but a few hours later they contacted me and told me the job wasn't available. They said one thing on the application but told you something else during the interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Securitas (Hampton, VA) in June 2022
Interview
Over the phone very informal. They don’t ask very many questions about background or experience. I was offered a position on the same call and emailed my initial onboarding instructions. I was also told where I would be posted.
