I have applied on line . Received a call for Interview. Asked me about my previous experience of customers service and interpersonal relationship. Before this there was a written test in which 30 questions were asked and the time was of 30 minutes .
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
