I was called within 48 hours of submitting my resumé. The recruiter on the phone asked me some questions to make sure I was indeed a relevant candidate and then invited me to come for an interview. My interview with him went very well and he spontaneously, and unplanned, sent me on to meet directly with the incumbent recruitment manager. That person gave me honest and direct feedback at the end of our meeting, so still on the same day. I was invited to meet with the director a week later, who also kindly shared his feedback openly and directly in the meeting. What more can you ask for? There is also a procedure to follow and paperwork to submit as there is a security review by Securitas and the Belgian government.
