Friendly but they lie to you every step of the way. You'll have 2 more test to pass during the interview process. Do not get licensed through the company. they will withhold your licensing information and lie to you by telling you that if you quit you can't work in the security field ever again. They also advertise full time positions but you will not get more than 32hrs a week.

I applied and completed what I thought to be a successful interview, but a few hours later they contacted me and told me the job wasn't available. They said one thing on the application but told you something else during the interviews.

Interview
Over the phone very informal. They don’t ask very many questions about background or experience. I was offered a position on the same call and emailed my initial onboarding instructions. I was also told where I would be posted.
