Security National Automotive Acceptance Corp. interview questions

Applied online through their website on a Saturday. Received a call from HR two days later on Monday for a phone interview. Scheduled an in person interview that Wednesday. Took a drug test that day and signed off on a background check. Received an offer the following Monday. Everyone was very friendly!

Initial 20 minute phone interview going through resume. I then did a 2 hour assessment via the internet. HR contacted me and then passed to an hour long interview with the Manager of the Region's sales. Went through resume and applicable experience, asked about awareness of the job applying for, went through a typical day for a DDR with SNAAC and was asked if I had any questions regarding SNAAC. What are the growth plans of SNAAC? Who is the chief competitor? What market share does SNAAC currently have in its target demographic? What is the average tenure of a DDR at SNAAC? What opportunities are there for career advancement and what is it based on? What can your team expect from you as VP of Sales? Why did you join this organization? How many people have interviewed for this position? What is the next step? After meeting with me and reviewing my resume, do you have any reservations or concerns that would prevent you from moving forward? I would love to be part of the team…I have in-depth industry knowledge and experience, a proven track record as a motivated self-starter, and have shown myself to be a established client liaison that can develop rapport and nurture long term relationships…what do I need to do at this point to come work for you? I was passed to the next interview with the VP of Sales, took the DISC assessment, and did my drug screen. I received a call 15 minutes prior to the interview stating that corporate had froze the job for 4-6 weeks. :(
