Security Properties Analyst, Private Equity interview questions

First completed a phone interview that covered basic resume items, interest in the position, desired start date, etc. Then had a behavioral interview covering past experience and interest in the role/company. Then was given a technical assessment that covered Excel skills, rent roll analysis, cash flow projections, variance analysis in cash flows vs. budget, and investment strategies. Finally, completed an in-person panel interview that covered past experience and technical-related questions.
