I applied online. I interviewed at Sedgwick in June 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a phone call after a couple of days for an interview in person. I got to the location in Orange and was supposed to interview with a couple of manager. One of the Manager arrived on time and escorted me in the meeting room. The other Manager was nowhere to be found so another person sat in. They asked me basic questions. Tell me about yourself stuff. 15 minutes in the interview the other Manager showed up and now there's 3 Interviewers. They asked several STAR questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Baton Rouge, LA) in Mar 2025
Interview
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

Question 1
If I had experience for the position which I interviewed for.
Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Santa Ana, CA) in May 2024
Interview
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
