Long process. Online app, personality test and a formal in person. They have high co pays up to 5k with their mediocre Health savings acct health plan. They have poor communication skills. I had to hound them for response back because the timelines they gave for follow up were not adhered to. I ended up taking another offer by the time they finally got back so I declined their offer. They pay reps and specialist less than $17hr. The only big money is with the team leads and managers and climbing that ladder seemed long in opinion. Interview/apply at your own risk
