After applying online I had a screening call with the hiring manager. Who went over my experience and discussed the role and company. I was then invited for a 30 mins video interview the following week. The interview was competency based but very informal in style, which is always effective as the interview is more conversational and you forget your nerves. I have a real positive feeling about this company and can't wait to start.
