1.Phone Call Interview-Basic STAR and screening questions. I would advise preparing for it.
2.Online Test with personality inventory-The test can be difficult, but it's manageable. As far as the personality inventory, just don't come off as a loon and you're solid.
3. In person interview-See below
4. Job Offer-They make an offer for a job and salary. If you have no experience and nothing to your name, just take it.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Baton Rouge, LA) in Mar 2025
Interview
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

Question 1
If I had experience for the position which I interviewed for.
Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Santa Ana, CA) in May 2024
Interview
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
