I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at See Marketing (Houston, TX) in Nov 2012
Interview
I applied on Monster back in November and got a call a few days later.
My first interview was at their office and pretty laid back, asked some questions and explained more about what they did. The second interview was offered to me (My friend unfortunately didn't get an offer) and they had me spend a few hours with one of their Account Managers who's opening up their market in a few months also in Houston. They showed me what they do day to day and basically just hung out and asked me a few questions. Seemed more like a personality check than anything else. I talked with the manager afterward about the pros and cons of doing an internship and he brought me aboard for my winter break.

They Admin was very nice and kept me engaged in conversation the whole time that i was in the lobby. She asked me questions that were not related to the job and i felt less nervous about the interview. The Hiring Manager was very nice but also very detailed and thorough.

Interview
Well I went for the first interview everyone was really nice. They were very vague about what they do and the guy told me they do business with places like Best Buy. I find out its selling Direct Tv at Walmart..... very misleading!
