Interview
I was approached through e-mail after applying to the open position and was scheduled an interview roughly 2 weeks after they reached out to me. However; when the interview time came; I was told through an e-mail saying that they're in final stages with other candidates so they won't start the process with me.
I don't understand why they reached out to me in the first place if they were not planning on starting the interview process at all.

Interview
I had a call with a very distant and rude person who started the interview by saying they most probably already have someone for the job.
The interview itself was very unsatisfying as I could not start a conversation about Seenons since the recruiter does not work there and was not able to answer any of my questions.
The sad part is that I think Seenons is on a fantastic mission and is at risk, with this kind of non-personal selection, to miss out on the intrinsically motivated people who carry a warm heart for the mission.

Interview
I had a negative experience with Senoons Interview process. During the first round, I stated clearly that I don't have experience with their tech stack but I have huge experience with other technologies. They accepted it and passed me to the next home technical interview. They asked me to solve a challenge at home and share it with them. I solved it with the bonus parts in the challenge and after almost 10 days, I received a thank you email with no feedback. Clearly, they waste the candidate's time without giving any feedback for a one-way interview. I will never apply to this company again.

Interview
One initial screening followed by a take home assignment. The assignment is in flux as they try to make it more clear. I did not spend more time on the assignment than they suggested but it's clear they wanted more. It's quite 1-sided in terms of effort which I think is not respectful to the candidates. I think they should sort out their interview process first, and then start filling roles.
