Informal mostly good interaction and eye contact. Interviewed four other engineers. They take the term to ask you questions and record the note on their laptop. Very friendly and welcoming environment.

Interview
The process was pretty straightforward forward, with the interviewees asking basic questions. Towards the end of the interview process, they asked a series of behavioural questions which helped break the ice and formality.
