I got scheduled for an initial 30 minute Skype interview. I was asked about my experience in various technologies. Then, I was asked to solve some coding questions. This caught me off guard since I was expecting more of a pre-screening interview and did not expect to jump into technical questions right off the bat. The interviewer came across as pushy and never once introduced me to the company, explained the position in detail, or offered me the opportunity to ask questions about the job. Not a good first impression if you want people to come and work for you.

I was contacted to schedule a skype interview to discuss the software engineer position. This process took about 2 weeks before the actual video call. After the video call was over, I was never updated on the position and whether or not it had been filled.
