Interview
The interview process was a breeze. Spoke with three shareholders. They seemed nice and didn't ask tough questions. They were kind and polite. The interview only lasted about 20 minutes. They called back later in the day with an offer. The salary wasn't matching the billable hour requirement. It's 1950 hours. I was offered 93K. There was also a lack of diversity that made me truly question if this would be a good fit. There are over thirty employees and no people of color in the Chicago office. Hopefully they're working to change it, this played a huge factor in my decision.

Interview
There is an initial screener interview conducted via telephone or videoconference. Afterwards there is an in person interview. The interview was fairly standard, and everyone was friendly. The in-person interview is with the partner you would work under.
