I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Seiso in June 2022
Interview
I did three rounds before I had to let them know I accepted another offer. I feel they would have made an offer had I not secured another job.
First round - technical screen
Second round - business/consulting screen with Business Development Manager
Third round - screen by CTO (the hardest of the three)
All the interviewers were intelligent and asked good questions.
From the initial application to the time I let them know I had found another job was ~45 days. I do feel if the process had gone a little faster I would have gotten an offer and possibly working there today.

Question 1
Q: Describe the process from the time you press the power button on a computer to the time you submit a browser request.
The interviewer sounded very dull and unexciting as if interviewing was an undesirable chore. Their expectations of consultants seemed fairly excessive for the position. It sounded like an environment where you'd be working around the clock and they certainly don't seem like they pay well enough for that. The questions were a little bizarre as well. They were
archaic and out of place for a field with a negative unemployment rate. Overall, it just felt a bit negative and that they didn't care about the work or the people.

Question 1
What do you like about the website? Why do you want to work here?
Best but possibly the most challenging interview you will ever have. You will meet with the hiring manager, but it’s a small company and you will have to pass muster with the CEO, CTO, and possibly the directors of business operations and business development. You need to be an expert in what you do and not just in one role. Consultants essentially work for every client they’re involved with and they all have different needs, tooling, processes, etc.

Question 1
Tell me how you would solve X in three scenarios, and how would you convince a client to adopt a solution from the position of a consultant advising a c level executive.
