Although the interview process went quickly from screening to in-person, the employer failed to provide any feedback or a response after ghosting beyond the timeline given to when results would be given. The in-person interview was eye-opening to say the least, ensuring that the office environment and culture provided was very much only "office-based" with little to no room for flexibility. However, I understand that is the nature of the real estate development industry, and am glad I did not receive an offer.

Went through about 5 or 6 interviews over a six month period. Ultimately decided I didn't want to work for a company that couldn't move faster and ended the process. Took another 5 or 6 months before they finally hired someone.
