Three stage process
1. Aptitude Test
2. Hr Interview
3. Technical Interview
Firstly the aptitude test takes place were out 40 students 10 are selected.
Next the Hr interviews which just a formal one/.
And thirdly the tecnical Interview takes place were people are tested about their technical skills
