The employer forgot I was going into the interview, it wasn’t really a process, she couldn’t be bothered and just told me when I’m starting. There isn’t a lot to write on this, she just asked if I had any questions, which I did, they were answered well from what I remember. She lied about my hours, said it was 8 but was actually contracted 4.
