I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Select Physical Therapy in June 2025
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and told that I was perfect for the position. Encouraged me to apply so I did after a phone call with the recruiter. The next week I had a phone interview with the clinic manager and was progressed to an in-person interview, followed by another phone call with hand therapy education coordinator. The whole process took several weeks. The recruiter and clinic manager were friendly, however the hand therapy education coordinator was rushed on the phone and distracted. It made me seem like I wasn't a priority to her.
Whole process ended with no offer to be turned down by information that the recruiter had on day one. What's the point in recruiting someone that "is perfect for the job" only to turn them down? Waste of time.
I applied online, then had a call interview first, with a PT at the clinic. After that I then had a zoom interview with the market manager at the clinic
