Self Help Africa interview questions

Messy and rushed, which I assumed was a good sign and they were hurrying my application along. Asked many times if I could start the following week (which of course was hypothetical) but also kept saying how good things were progressing and how they were impressed with my application. They told me they would let me know by the end of the day the following day. Then silence. I send a follow up, silence. I wait all the following week (the week the supposedly wanted me to start), silence. I send another follow up, silence. I felt like I was going crazy because in the interview they treated my application so positively, they even said that they had rushed my interview process along because they were so impressed with me and WANTED to hurry things along. Finally, 10 days later than the date they said I’d head back, and two follow ups with no response, I get a general rejection literally labeled “Everyone, blah blah blah.” They couldn’t even send personal rejections to interviewees from the final round. Incredibly unprofessional and honestly rude.
