my interview was good but still after a long time they send rejection notice. very saddening to hear when you are confident that your interview went good. round 1 technical was online and then they call at office after you travel for a hour and round 2 is in office, then get rejected

I scheduled a phone screen online and waited by my phone for 30 minutes for an interview that didn't happen. In our follow up correspondence, the interviewer never apologized for their absence on the phone or over email. During our call, it sounded like the interviewer was in a nightclub and it was very difficult to answer my questions with that distraction in the background. The questions during this call were typical of a phone screen. I just wish there were more courtesy and professionalism during this process.
