Interviewer was late, and took some time to read my cv while I was waiting to chat fluently about it, after a few minutes, she started asking some things about why was I interested in doing that internship, she was explaining the things that they were doing and the things where I could be helpful.

What kind of value could I provide to the company?
I waited multiple months after my application. There were two rounds of interviews: One with a global internship regulator and the second with a country specific manager. The conversations were easy and there were no trick questions.

Interview
Two interviews were conducted in Spanish. Strait forward questions about skills, education, and availability. First interview was with the general manager, and second interview was with the events and marketing manager. Overall a strait forward and fast process.
