One zoom call with each director so two zoom calls in total. Immediately after my second zoom call, I was notified that I would be a good fit for the position.

There is no specific question you should prepare for, however, it was difficult in the way that you need to show them that you have good communication skills.
I don't think it's good business practice to ghost people after you've spoken with them. The interviewer was pleasant enough but after you've spoken to someone multiple times, the least you could do is send a "thanks but no thanks" email. Job seekers take off of work in order to speak with you. Have common courtesy and show some class.
