I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Selman & Associates
Interview
Contacted directly by the owner after applying several weeks in the past. He was personable and friendly and took a legitimate interest in my experience and what I was looking for. Unfortunately the offer compensation was well below that of the industry standard at this time. As well administrative and organization of the office left much to be desired. The described training process appeared inadequate for start-up employees in this field. Rejected job offer

I applied online. I interviewed at Selman & Associates (Oklahoma City, OK) in June 2019
Interview
There was no formal interview, just a phone call and told me to come to midland and start "training". The interview was the owner asking a few questions then offering a job through the training process then to reevaluate what would happen after that. There was no face to face interaction with the owner.
