Three rounds: Consultant screen (conversational with some STAR questions) Live Excel cases back to back (two different people - know how to create graphs and interpret percentiles) Final round with manager

The interview process was quite pleasant. It wasn’t dragged out or overly formal. They seemed happy to work at the company and many were long term employees. I had a great experience meeting them and feeling challenged but also not so nervous.
