We had a robust response to our job posting and a highly competitive pool of candidates interested in the opportunity. We consider a variety of factors when hiring for the Customer Success team and have to make tough decisions between candidates who all fit multiple qualifications, such as, having multiple digital marketing internships or work experience, holding multiple certifications related to analytics or digital marketing, experience using digital marketing tools, including ours, and having advanced degrees in digital marketing, to name a few.
