I was contacted via Linkedin by their recruiter and we scheduled "an interview". The interview was opened in Russian language, because she assumed I would speak it because of my name- this was not the case and I already noticed some disappointment. There was no interview as such, just a rather Junior recruiter leading the conversation in somewhat annoying manner, bombarding me with facts & benefits, constantly saying how cool the company is, literally without knowing anything about me- she found me on Linkedin and that is it. At the end of her presentation she asked me if I had any questions. Obviously I had many, most of them she said will be answered in the later phase by a more competent person, and on my question if she wanted to hear more about me she told me to send her my CV after the interview. Don't think I am a kind of person who is afraid or doesn't know which question to ask a recruiter, but this person was literally like a waterfall dictating stuff someone apparently told her to do. I sent my CV immediately after the interview and 2 weeks later received "I am sorry but you're not a fit" automatic e-mail. I responded with a thank you and if she minds elaborating why. Never received an answer.
