Semrush Partnership Manager interview questions

Interview was told to be consisted of 3 rounds: Recruiter- Manager + HRBP - Team Interview (With case study), lead time between each round of feedback was supposed to be up to 1 week. The first round was very basic, asking about the background of the candidate. But the recruiter seems having no idea about the role and job description /expectation. From a candidate perspective, it was not adding too much value. Second round was with hiring manager and HRBP. The exchange was mostly around candidate's experience and how it potentially fits the role for 1 hour. It might be due to the juniority of the role, I felt the questions are quite squared and nothing sparks as inspiration/attractive for me to consider this an exciting offer. Moreover, the HRBP mentioned feedback would be in 3 days but in fact I only heard back after 2.5 weeks from the recruiter that the role has been filled and the chosen candidate has accepted the offer, even in between i wrote follow up emails to ask. This is quite disrespectful and lack of consideration for candidates' time, leaving quite a negative total candidate experience in the end.
