I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sendle
Interview
I had a first round video call with recruitment in the Philippines. It was a general intro call, asking behavioural questions and examples of projects I've implemented or problems I've solved. I didn't hear back for a week, emailed to follow up, then received an auto-rejection email, asked again for some specific feedback and never heard back.
Attended 3 rounds of interviews and completed an exam:
1. Introductory call with a recruiter
2. Interview with the hiring manager
3. Observable work brief
4. Peer panel interview - basically go over the brief and discussion about work experiences
The process took a while. I guess they were interviewing a lot of candidates for the position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sendle (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Multiple rounds, you get to meet a lot of people from the team. Conversations are casual but questions are thoughtful. There is a working interview but it's not a huge time investment.
