Seneca Family of Agencies interview questions

Interviewed on video call by myself, with supervisor and program director. Some personal questions about experience, values and goals as well as situational questions. Relaxed and friendly environment, they are not trying to “catch” you with trick questions, they don’t expect you to have all the answers and know procedures, and not overly formal either

This is by far one of the worst interview processes I’ve ever been through. It took them 4 months to do a phone screen and a group interview. Do not expect them to respect your time or you enough to get genuine communication.
